What we collect
- To coordinate your appointment: name, phone, email, town and appointment location, and the reason for your fingerprints.
- To prepare your FD-258 cards: the data the FBI card itself requires — date and place of birth, citizenship, sex, race, height, weight, eye and hair color, and residential and mailing addresses.
- Only if you ask us to do your FBI registration: the last 4 digits of your Social Security number and your authorization. We never ask for the full number online — if the FBI requires it, it is completed in person on the day of your appointment.
How we use it
- To coordinate and confirm your appointment, and send you reminders, receipts, and notices by text message or email.
- To prepare your fingerprint cards correctly before the visit.
- To submit your FBI registration only with your express authorization.
Who we share it with
No one else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. It is sent only to the agency of your own process (for example, the FBI) when you request and authorize it.
Payments
Payments are processed by ATH Móvil (Evertec) or by card through Stripe. We never see or store card numbers or bank credentials.
How it's protected
Your information travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is kept in our private appointment system, accessible only to business staff. If a security incident ever affects your information, we will notify you in accordance with Puerto Rico's Act 111-2005.

Minors
Our services are for people 18 or older; we do not collect information from minors.
